The final tournament, held in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, is double elimination and will begin on Friday, August 18th, where Nolensville will face off with the Metro or Mountain Region team winner.

The team secured a victory over Florida in the Southeast Regional Championship Game last week, giving them their fifth Regional Championship within the last 10 years – marking the first time in Little League history that a team has made it to the World Series five times.
The team consists of 12 players – 11 boys and one girl. The team has been called ‘The Nolo Boys and Stella” by the Town of Nolensville.
Players Nash Carter and Grayson May will become the 41st and 42nd players in the 76-year history of the Little League World Series to make back-to-back appearances. In addition, Stella Weaver is the first female player in Nolensville to represent the Town at the World Series and the 22nd female to play in Little League World Series history.
The team’s manager Randy Huth is also making history as the 1st manager in Little League World Series history to bring a team to the tournament three times in a row.
“To be able to do this three times with three groups of kids is special. I don’t take it for granted,” Huth said in a statement. “We didn’t come this far to only come this far.”
Huth added that his players are most excited about signing autographs and answering interview questions in Williamsport.
“We believe that this team is not only going to represent Nolensville well, but that they will continue to make history throughout the tournament. We are so proud of them and can’t wait to watch them play on August 18th,” Nolensville Communications Officer Brandi Najm said in a statement.
